Connect with an API token

1. In Paylocity:

   1. Paylocity issues API credentials through a reviewed access request, not a self-service screen: review the APIs you need and the Integration Requirements, then request access following the Integration Requirements guide.
   2. When the request is approved, Paylocity contacts you and provides OAuth credentials and a sandbox account.

   Paylocity issues this credential through its API or its support team, not through its admin screens.

2. On Compliance › Connectors, open Paylocity, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:

   Field	What to enter
   API token / Personal access token	Required. Stored encrypted and never shown again.
   Base URL (optional)	—
   Account / Org / Workspace (optional)	—

3. Click Connect with token.
