Connect 15Five to collect hris evidence with automated compliance tests, switched on per workspace.

Connect with an API token

1. In 15Five:

   1. Sign in to 15Five as an Account Admin.
   2. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner and select Integrations from the dropdown menu.
   3. Click Enable to the right of Public API.
   4. On the Company API keys page, click Create new key.
   5. Enter a short name such as Safeguard. Leave Limit API access to High Fives only unchecked, since Safeguard reads the user list.
   6. Click Save, then copy the access token from the Company API keys page.

   Only Account Admins can create the key, and 15Five shows the full user list only to administrators. The fetched article tells you to copy the token immediately but does not state outright that it cannot be shown again. 15Five's separate article on expiration and rotation was not fetched.

2. On Compliance › Connectors, open 15Five, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:

   Field	What to enter
   API key	Required. Stored encrypted and never shown again.

3. Click Connect with token.

Frameworks

Safeguard's automated tests read 15Five and map to the controls below. When a test passes, the result is evidence toward each control it maps to, in every framework listed. It is evidence toward a control, not proof that the control is met on its own.

These tests are switched on per workspace by the Safeguard team.
