Connect with an API token

  1. In Immersive Labs:

    1. In the Immersive Labs platform, open the API Settings page and generate an API key.
    2. Copy the Access key and the Secret token it returns.

Immersive Labs's public documentation does not cover every step.

The public API docs name the API Settings page but not the menu path, button labels, permission options (organisation activity: read) or whether the secret is shown once. The API is at https://api.immersivelabs.online/v1/graphql. Contact support@immersivelabs.com for admin steps.

    Source: docs.immersivelabs.com, checked 2026-10-07.

The permissions Safeguard needs: organisation activity: read.

  2. On Compliance › Connectors, open Immersive Labs, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:

    FieldWhat to enter
Access keyRequired. Stored encrypted and never shown again.
Secret keyRequired. Stored encrypted and never shown again.
  3. Click Connect with token.

Frameworks

Safeguard's automated tests read Immersive Labs and map to the controls below. When a test passes, the result is evidence toward each control it maps to, in every framework listed. It is evidence toward a control, not proof that the control is met on its own.
