Connect 360Learning to collect security training evidence with automated compliance tests, switched on per workspace.

Connect with an API token

1. In 360Learning:

   1. Log in to 360Learning as a platform admin or platform owner.
   2. In the left sidebar, hover over the platform group and click Settings (the gear icon).
   3. Click API v2 in the left sidebar, then click + Add API Credentials.
   4. Enter a Credentials label (for example Safeguard).
   5. Under Permissions, select only the read scopes Safeguard needs from the company-level options, then click Save.
   6. Click Copy client secret and store it safely.

   Where to find the other values:

   • Client ID: On the API Credentials screen in the admin board after the credentials are created; it can be copied at any time.
   • Region: The 360Learning host you log in to (for example app.360learning.com).

   360Learning shows the secret only once, so copy it before you leave the page.

   The permissions Safeguard needs: users:read, paths:read, pathStats:read.

2. On Compliance › Connectors, open 360Learning, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:

   Field	What to enter
   Client ID	Required.
   Client secret	Required. Stored encrypted and never shown again.
   Region	Required.

3. Click Connect with token.

Frameworks

Safeguard's automated tests read 360Learning and map to the controls below. When a test passes, the result is evidence toward each control it maps to, in every framework listed. It is evidence toward a control, not proof that the control is met on its own.

These tests are switched on per workspace by the Safeguard team.
