Connect with an API token
-
In CybSafe:
- Make sure your CybSafe account has the API Bolt-on (contact your CybSafe account manager to buy it).
- Once the account is updated, sign in to CybSafe and open the API token menu under Integrations.
Where to find the other values:
- Base URL (optional): Given in CybSafe's API documentation, which CybSafe provides on request through its support team; leave blank for the default.
- Account / Org / Workspace (optional): Your CybSafe account ID, which the Accounts API returns. Where the UI shows it is not documented.
CybSafe's public documentation does not cover every step.
API access requires the paid API Bolt-on. The public article only says the API token menu is under Integrations; the button labels, any scope or read-only option, and whether the token is shown once are in CybSafe's API documentation, which is available only by contacting CybSafe support. The APIs (Users, Awareness, Phishing, Phishing Campaign, Reports, Accounts) are read endpoints.
