Record your Storj connection as cloud storage provider evidence. Automated collection is not available for this provider yet.

Connect with an API token

1. In Storj:

   1. In the Storj console, open Access Keys and click New Access Key.
   2. Enter a Name and choose the type: S3 Credentials (or Access Grant). Click Next.
   3. Choose Advanced rather than Full Access, then provide the encryption information.
   4. Under permissions select only Read and List, choose the buckets Safeguard may see, and set an expiration.
   5. Click Create Access, then write the credentials down or click Download all (for an Access Grant, Download).

   Storj's public documentation does not cover every step.

   Storj says API key credentials 'will only appear once'; the S3 credentials section asks you to write them down or download them but does not state the once-only rule in so many words. S3 credentials consist of an access key, secret key and endpoint; where the endpoint label appears was not confirmed. The account/project location was not sourced.

2. On Compliance › Connectors, open Storj, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:

   Field	What to enter

3. Click Connect with token.

Frameworks

Storj publishes no API for what these tests check, so its evidence is an attestation: connect it to record the connection, then attest the result. An accepted attestation counts toward each control below.

These tests are switched on per workspace by the Safeguard team.
