Connect with an API token

  1. In Conveyor:

    1. Sign in to Conveyor as a Superadmin, Conveyor Admin, or a custom role with Admin-level access to the Integrations module.
    2. From the top-right dropdown, go to Settings and open the Integrations tab in the left sidebar (app.conveyor.com/settings/organization/integrations).
    3. Click Add Integration in the top right.
    4. Select Conveyor API from the list and click Next Step.
    5. Enter a key name, select only the read permissions you need, and click Create.
    6. Click Copy API Key, then Done. This is the only time the full key is shown; afterwards it appears in the API Keys table with only its prefix visible.

Where to find the other values:

    • Base URL (optional): Not stated on the fetched page (it only shows the app at https://app.conveyor.com); leave empty unless Conveyor gives you a different API host.

Conveyor shows the secret only once, so copy it before you leave the page.

The fetched page does not list the individual permission names offered at key creation, so 'read permissions' is described generically; expanding a row in the API Keys table shows the permissions a key has. Rate limit is 2000 requests per 5 minutes. Record-only connector.

  2. On Compliance › Connectors, open Conveyor, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:

    FieldWhat to enter
API token / Personal access tokenRequired. Stored encrypted and never shown again.
    Base URL (optional)—
Account / Org / Workspace (optional)—
  3. Click Connect with token.

Frameworks

No automated compliance test reads Conveyor yet, so no framework lists it. How connectors provide evidence for frameworks: Frameworks and connectors.
