Connect with an API token

In Logz.io:
- Sign in to Logz.io and select Settings › Tools › Manage Tokens.
- Click the API tokens tab, then + New API token.
- Enter a brief token name and click Add, then copy the token.
Where to find the other values:
- Region: Settings › General shows your account's region. Or read it from your sign-in address: app.logz.io is US East (us); app-eu, app-uk, app-ca and app-au are eu, uk, ca and au.
Logz.io API tokens have no read-only option. Community plans do not include API tokens (Enterprise, Pro and trial do). Each account has its own tokens; metrics accounts use their main Log Management account's tokens.

The permissions Safeguard needs. Logz.io issues no read-only credential. Safeguard only reads with it, and you can revoke it at any time.

On Compliance › Connectors, open Logz.io, click Connect, choose API token and fill in:

Click Connect with token.
Frameworks
Safeguard's automated tests read Logz.io and map to the controls below. When a test passes, the result is evidence toward each control it maps to, in every framework listed. It is evidence toward a control, not proof that the control is met on its own.
