Calendar & Study Tasks

The learner calendar aggregates live sessions, meetups, study tasks, exam cooldowns, and certificate expiries — with Google Calendar links, .ics downloads, and a personal iCal feed.

Calendar & study tasks

What's on the calendar

The Calendar page (month and agenda views) aggregates everything time-bound in your Academy life:

  • Live sessions and meetups you've RSVP'd to
  • Study tasks you create yourself
  • Exam cooldown end times, so you know when you can retake
  • Certificate expiry dates

Study tasks

Create your own study tasks — "finish module 3 by Friday" — from the calendar or from a course page. Tasks carry a title, optional notes, a due date, and an optional course link; mark them done as you go. They're a lightweight way to plan a certification run week by week.

Exporting to your own calendar

Every calendar item offers:

  • Add to Google Calendar — a prefilled Google Calendar link; no account connection required.
  • Download .ics — works with Outlook, Apple Calendar, and any standards-based calendar app.

The personal iCal feed

For a continuously synced view, subscribe your calendar app to your personal iCal feed — a private, tokenized URL available in settings. Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook can all subscribe to it, so RSVPs and study tasks appear in your own calendar automatically as they're added.

The feed URL contains a private token: treat it like a credential. You can revoke and regenerate it from settings at any time.
