Share SBOMs securely with customers, partners, auditors, and other stakeholders with granular access controls and complete tracking.

Sharing Methods

Direct Sharing

Share with specific users:

1. Select the SBOM to share
2. Click Share
3. Enter recipient email addresses
4. Set permission level
5. Add optional message
6. Click Send

Recipients receive an email invitation to access the SBOM.

Shareable Links

Create links for broader distribution:

1. Select the SBOM
2. Click Create Link
3. Configure options:
   • Expiration date
   • Download limit
   • Password protection
   • Format restrictions
4. Click Generate
5. Copy and distribute the link

Customer Portal

Set up a branded portal for customers:

1. Go to Settings → Customer Portal
2. Configure branding and domain
3. Assign SBOMs to publish
4. Invite customers to register

Permission Levels

Access Controls

Organization-Level

• Require authentication for all shares
• Restrict sharing to approved domains
• Set default expiration periods
• Enable/disable link sharing

SBOM-Level

• Override organization defaults
• Set specific expiration
• Require NDA acceptance
• Enable download notifications

Tracking & Analytics

Monitor all sharing activity:

• Who accessed which SBOMs
• Download history
• Link usage statistics
• Geographic access data

Revoking Access

Immediately revoke access:

1. Navigate to the SBOM's sharing settings
2. Find the user or link
3. Click Revoke
4. Access is terminated immediately

Bulk Sharing

Share multiple SBOMs at once:

1. Select SBOMs in the repository
2. Click Share Selected
3. Configure recipients and permissions
4. All selected SBOMs are shared together
