What Portal is, and what it is not
Portal is one product: the place you publish, share and redistribute SBOMs, plus the Trust Center that fronts them. Publishing creates an immutable copy; sharing distributes that copy as-is. Everything on this page belongs to that one product.
Portal is not the free tier. Two different things are called "free" and they are easy to confuse:
