Create an Account

Sign up for Safeguard.sh and create your organization

Create an Account

Follow these steps to create your Safeguard.sh account and set up your organization.

Sign Up

Step 1: Visit Safeguard.sh

Navigate to safeguard.sh and click Try for Free or Book a Call for enterprise accounts.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Provide the following information:

  • Work Email - Your business email address
  • Full Name - Your first and last name
  • Organization - Your company name
  • Password - Create a strong password

Step 3: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email
  2. Click the verification link
  3. Your account is now active

Step 4: Complete Setup

After verification, complete your profile:

  • Job title
  • Team size
  • Primary use case
  • Timezone

Organization Setup

Configure your organization settings:

  1. Organization Name - Your company name
  2. Industry - Select your industry
  3. Products - Choose which Safeguard.sh products to enable:
    • Enterprise ESCM
    • Portal
    • Third Party Risk Manager
    • Open Source Manager

Inviting Team Members

Add your team members to collaborate on software supply chain security:

  1. Go to SettingsMembers
  2. Click + Invite Member
  3. Enter the member's email address
  4. Assign a role:
    • Tenant_Admin - Full administrative access to the organization
    • Manager - Manage projects, users, and security configurations
    • User - Standard access to view and work with projects
  5. Select the organization(s) the member should have access to
  6. Send the invitation

Managing Members

The Members page displays all team members with:

  • Member name and email
  • Status (Active/Pending)
  • Assigned role (dropdown to change)
  • Organization assignment
  • Actions menu for additional options

Use the search bar to find specific members, and the refresh button to update the list.
